I founded Gracelines because of that sense of the love that comes from recognizing you’re a part of everything and everything is part of you.
Molly McBride, Founder & Director
Molly McBride—founder and director of Gracelines Forest Therapy—never tires of witnessing the tenderness that arises from wanting to care for something other than oneself. Molly is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide via the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
As a non-medical nurse for several years, Molly repeatedly witnessed the transformations that took place when she brought her patients outdoors. In 2014, Molly joined Dr. Nicole Apelian's expedition to Botswana, where she spent time with the Naro Bushmen in the Kalahari Desert. She wanted to experience the culture and spirituality of a people whose knowledge of themselves didn't come from a religion, but was innate. What she learned from her experiences in Africa changed her life forever.
Molly is an Internationally Certified Tracker through CyberTracker and a Bird Language Facilitator. She’s also a graduate of the WE Center for Relational Education, as well as a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Outdoor Educators graduate, focusing on Backpacking, Canyoneering and Rock Climbing.
Molly has poured her love for nature into permaculture, landscape design, and her garden. Molly also studied Art & Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and was a muralist for several years.
